Siena Jazz Among Winners of the Ministry of University’s PNRR Funding

Siena Jazz has triumphed in the PNRR “Next Generation EU” call promoted by the Italian Ministry of University and Research. The institution has secured funding of €1,634,295, part of over €87 million allocated, placing Siena Jazz alongside Italy’s most prestigious institutions, including the Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan, the Turin Conservatory, and the Florence Academy of Art and Fashion.
The “JazzAble” project, conceived and presented by Siena Jazz, involves collaboration with the G. Frescobaldi Conservatory in Ferrara and the CPM Music Institute in Milan.

“The choice of date was intentional,” explained Siena Jazz president Mazzini. “It coincides with the national Jazz Day—an important moment for a project that has brought success not just to us, but to the entire city. JazzAble is an internationalization initiative that unites us with two major conservatories, whose contribution has been invaluable. We hope this project marks the beginning of a new chapter, full of initiatives such as the creation of a new auditorium, which we will be able to build thanks to the project funding.”
