Siena Jazz offers its students regularly enrolled in the courses a series of services, materials and audio and technical equipment for study and rehearsals.
- How to use classrooms: 21 classrooms available, soundproofed and fully equipped with musical, electronic and computer equipment. Every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays, the school is open for lessons and individual and/or group study, from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 21.00 and on Saturdays from 09.00 to 19.00. The availability of classrooms for study is subject to the lesson times of the various courses. Students who want to take advantage of this exclusive service will have to sign the General Internal Regulations for the use of the premises and the institution’s equipment for acceptance. All this except for special situations, such as the concurrence of concerts, essays, conferences and any other activity organized by Siena jazz, in which the premises will be closed
- Photocopying service: “self service” photocopier available to enrolled students.
- Computer service: Students can use all the computers in the available classrooms if they are free of classes. Each student will be able to access the workstations through a personal account at the time of registration;
- Access to the Library and the Sound Archive of the National Center for Jazz Studies “Arrigo Polillo”: all students of the courses have the opportunity to consult the materials stored at the Study Center, audio, video recordings, books and magazines, can be used within the limits and in the manner provided for by the relevant laws and by the internal regulations of Siena Jazz;
- Insurance coverage: the student is insured against accidental damage occurring within the premises of the Association.

Access to the Historical Library and the video-sound archive, with about 90.000 supports, follows a specific regulation to be consulted at the secretariat of the “Arrigo Polillo” Study Centre, research section of the Siena Jazz Association (on the ground floor).
