Registration for alumni opens on Thursday 12 September 2024.
To register online, connect to the NettunoPA portal (https://registroelettronico.nettunopa.it/iscrizioni/) and follow the following procedure:
- Choose the course from the item “ORDINARY COURSES” (in the course year always specify 1, since it is an annual course and not linked to specific curricula).
- Confirm.
- Entering patient data
- Student Statements (optional). Indicate in the “Preference of musical instrument” box the preferences of the teacher and schedules for Monday or Tuesday, or for both days.
- Payment via PagoPA
- Enter identification document (optional).
- Confirm your registration by viewing the summary
For payment use PagoPA within the NettunoPA registration portal.
Payment of attendance fees is monthly and must be made by the first lesson of the month. The first attendance fee is double since it includes two payments, the one relating to the first month of class and a deposit equal to one month of course, so the total for the first payment will be € 75 (registration) + € 120 (first month) + € 120 (deposit) for a total of € 315
If the student attends the entire course, the deposit will be automatically considered as payment, for the month of May.
IMPORTANT! Failure to pay the monthly fee will result in the suspension of the student from classes until the payments have been regularised. After thirty days of delay, the student will be considered withdrawn from the course. The monthly fee is not divisible: if the student knows in advance that he/she cannot be present at some classes, he/she must still pay the monthly fee in full. If the teacher for any reason cannot carry out one or more lessons, these will be compulsorily recovered within thirty days, or in June, in any case agreeing with the students.
Price of the course
The annual registration fee is 75 euros, including VAT and includes a series of SERVICES RELATED TO the COURSES, namely:
- Private study
- Group Study
- Photocopy service
- IT Service
- Access to the Library and the Sound Archive of the National Centre for Jazz Studies “Arrigo Polillo”
- Insurance coverage
The monthly attendance fees are 120 euros.
Methods for withdrawal from courses
Early withdrawal
Within the first week of lessons the student can exercise his right of withdrawal and be reimbursed for all payments made.
Withdrawal with advance notice
You can withdraw from the course by giving notice within the first 15 days of the month prior to the withdrawal. The notice must be communicated by letter. In the event that the student is unable to continue the course during the year and is in compliance with the payments, the DEPOSIT will be returned in full.
Withdrawal without advance notice
In the case of withdrawal without prior notice, there is no refund of any kind, neither of the lessons of the current month, nor of the deposit.
