Master Lessons: "Jazz Beyond Jazz, Miles, Ornette, Cecil". Howard Mandel, prestigious American critic, author, producer and Chairman of the Jazz Journalists Association, presents and updates his latest volume dedicated to three of the most relevant figures of post-1960 Jazz.

Master Lesson: "European Jazz after 1960".
French journalist Thierry Quenum, contributor to Jazz Magazine and jazz.com, one of the most important jazz websites, synthetizes his experiences of listening and visiting European jazz festivals.
For all students not involved with selections.
Master lessons will be held in English with consecutive Italian translation.
Presentations and translations by Francesco Martinelli, director of Jazz Study Center Arrigo Polillo, Research Branch of the Siena Jazz Foundation.

Please note: this lesson is addressed to all Italian students and takes the place of the lessons of the same course that will not take place, according to the regular daily schedule, on August 7th in order to allow the taking place of the closing ceremony with assignment of study purses.
