Please send the following material:

1. Application Form (that includes Personal Data form, English Language Proficiency form, Privacy waiver, Curriculum form) completed in all its parts and signed by the applicant;
2. 2 Passport size photos;
3. Two letters of recommendation written by instructors or professional musicians who can ascertain the applicant's committment to the academic program;
4. Certificates of degrees or unofficial transcripts of musical studies (Diplomas, BA, masterclasses, music courses, etc.);
5. LIVE RECORDING Audio CD of two tunes selected by the applicant among those within the Repertoire List for Auditions plus a tune chosen by the applicant (original compositions are welcome, please includes all parts or scores).

1. The Audio CD sumbitted has to be labeled with the applicant's FIRST and LAST NAME, MUSICAL INSTRUMENT, LIST OF TUNES PLAYED.
2. If the applicant submits an original composition, please include copy of the parts or scores.
3. The duration of each tune needs to be of 4 (four) minutes or less;
4. The recording (only Audio CD format is accepted) needs to be LIVE - NO EDITING - NO SPECIAL EFFECTS;
5. The Audio CD needs to be of good sounding quality;
6. All material submitted will not be returned.
